Our Culture & Values
LNS has had a worldwide presence for more than 45 years, and encourages international mobility, promotes good practice exchanges between business units, and recruits talent from different cultures and backgrounds. We do so to diversify our ways of working and thinking. LNS is proud of its history of valuing women in a male-dominated industry, with several female operations managers, Board members and Executive Committee members.
LNS is dedicated to its support of environmental causes, for example providing each of its employees with coffee mugs and glass bottles, thereby reducing waste. For over 20 years, we sponsor a Swiss foundation active in humanitarian mine clearance projects. In addition, LNS practices gender equality by applying equal pay.
Innovation & Digital
LNS is using new technologies to develop its functions and practices. In 2018, a Digitalization Group was set up to design new tools, which have been successfully implemented. In light of these developments, we encourage questioning of our processes, train all the employees concerned and provide support for the changes involved in this digital transformation.
